Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using the HEEP DTF Studio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Order Processing
Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or fraudulent payment activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
3. Artwork & Design Files
By uploading artwork to our platform, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained the necessary licences for all uploaded content. HEEP DTF Studio accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
4. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days from print approval. Delivery times vary by location. Express options are available. HEEP DTF Studio is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are charged at the price listed at the time of order confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
HEEP DTF Studio's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Custom & Personalised Items
Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your design and order carefully before confirming.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email info@heep.co.za or WhatsApp +27 81 743 1817 with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. PayFast refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.
